As an essayist, novelist, photographer, and curator, Teju Cole is a renaissance man. He is a professor of writing at Harvard, and the author of five remarkable books. His essays explore everything from Shakespeare to Instagram, and his novels span complex worlds. With a finger on the pulse of contemporary culture, he is one of our leading interpreters of what the arts have to offer in the upheavals of the current moment.
