Discover the breadth of the arts of Japan throughout the MFA, and witness how changes such as the introduction to Zen Buddhism and Westernization affected the arts. The course emphasizes new MFA acquisitions and the two exhibitions, “Hokusai” and “In the Wake: Japanese Photographers Respond to 3-11.”
