Learn how to make bibimbap, and the classic grilled beef dish, kalbi. The menu also includes a seasonal soup, tender short ribs wrapped in lettuce, soju (distilled spirits), and a special dessert. Learn to make kimchi and take a portion home to enjoy.

The event will take place at the Boston University Culinary Demonstration Room, 808 Commonwealth Avenue. This event has a 70 person maximum.
