Arlo Guthrie, was born with music in his veins. Son of famed folk singer Woody Guthrie, Arlo is a singer, songwriter, and lifelong political activist. He first came onto the music scene performing such instant classics as "Alice's Restaurant" and "Coming to Los Angeles." Fresh off his latest tour, "Here Comes the Kid," Arlo is joined by his daughter, Annie Hays Guthrie, who is also a guitarist, songwriter, and performer.

It's a family affair as father and daughter sit down with Darcy Kuronen, the MFA's Pappalardo Curator of Musical Instruments, to tell their stories and sing their music, lending insights into their relationship and life as part of a great American music legacy.
