Join patrons and curators of both the MFA and Historic New England in New York during the January 2014 Americana week for an exciting day on the Upper West Side. Visit the home of leading Spanish Colonial art collectors Richard and Roberta Huber to view their outstanding collection of paintings, furniture, silver, and more. Then, we will be treated to a tour of the "Armory Show at 100" with exhibition co-curator Marilyn Kushner at New-York Historical Society. We will head to the Museum of Art and Design on Columbus Circle and enjoy a three-course lunch in their 9th floor restaurant, Robert, followed by a visit with their new director, Glenn Adamson, and a visit with Lowery Sims, Curator.
