Directed by Jay Cheel (Canada, 2016, 82 min.). A stop motion animator and a theoretical physicist share a fixation on the possibility of conquering time, each finding inspiration in H.G. Wells’ 1895 novel “The Time Machine”. Filmmaker Jay Cheel crafts an entertaining and beautifully shot exploration of how each man looks to science fiction as salve for personal tragedies that time alone hasn’t healed.

Followed by a Q&A with  Dr. Ron Mallett, an American theoretical physicist.
