Coinciding with the opening of the MFA’s new gallery devoted to daily life in ancient Greece, this workshop offers a closer look at who the ancient Greeks were, touching on the themes of work and commerce, gender roles, and the rituals of birth, marriage, and death. This workshop includes a talk by curators, as well as time to explore the new gallery and discuss the ways the objects on display can be incorporated into the ancient studies or Latin curriculum.
