One of the most influential contemporary pianists and jazz composers of our time, Danilo Pérez is a UNESCO Artist for Peace and founder and artistic director of the Panama Jazz Festival. His career in education, philanthropy, and performance has brought him to the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Lovano, Tito Puente, and Wayne Shorter.
With the help of his band Panama 500, enjoy an evening of world-class jazz and lively conversation as the Grammy award-winning Danilo recounts his early years in Panama and his later rise to fame in Boston.
