What’s better than a Friday in the summer? A free Friday in the summer! Visit the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, on July 18, 2014, for tours, art, and more—all for free—during our Free Fun Friday! There’s a mobile MFA Guide for you—available in 7 foreign languages; for visitors who are Deaf, blind, or have low vision; and for kids.
Tickets: Tickets are required for free admission, available at all ticket desks. Please note, Film tickets are not free.
Groups: Given the popularity of Free Fun Fridays, we recommend groups opt to visit on another day to fully enjoy all the MFA has to offer. However, if you would like to visit as a group on Free Fun Friday, July 18, help us serve you better by completing the group visit request form.
Parking: On-site parking at the Museum can fill up quickly—especially during popular exhibitions, holidays, and free days—we encourage you to take advantage of public transportation. Visit the Getting Here section of our website for more information. Please note, valet parking will resume at 4 pm. There will be no bus parking on July 18.
Dining: The Garden Cafeteria will stay open until 8 pm, the New American Cafe will stay open until 9 pm, and Taste until 9:30 pm to accommodate visitors. Learn more about here.
