All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. The MFA reserves the right to change, without notice, exhibitions, programs, dates, times, and prices.
Fees
A per-ticket processing fee applies to all online orders; some purchases are subject to per- order fees. An additional $4.50 per order fee applies for mail delivery.
Tickets for Member Events
As a member benefit, the Museum offers occasional exclusive programming with limited availability. Free tickets for these programs are available on line, in person, or by phone on the day of the event, beginning at 10 am. Number of tickets is commensurate with level of membership. First come, first served. We recommend you secure tickets online or in person when possible, as high call volume may occur.
Tickets for Free Programs
Tickets for free programs are available at all ticket desks on the day of the event only. First come, first served.
Outdoor Programming
For the safety of its visitors and performers, the MFA reserves the right to reschedule outdoor programming to an indoor venue. Decisions are normally made by noon on the day of the event. The decision to change an event venue is made at the sole discretion of the Museum. There are no refunds given for changes of venue due to the weather.
