Tickets for Member Events
Free member events are offered every month. Visit www.mfa.org/membership to see upcoming events. From special events to lectures, tours, and workshops, there’s something for everyone. Tickets are required for these events and are available online, in person, or by phone approximately four weeks prior to the event, first come, first served. We recommend getting your tickets online.
Tickets for Free Programs
Tickets for free programs are available at all ticket desks on the day of the event only. First come, first served.
For the safety of its visitors and performers, the MFA reserves the right to reschedule outdoor programming to an indoor venue. Decisions are normally made by noon on the day of the event. The decision to change an event venue is made at the sole discretion of the Museum. There are no refunds given for changes of venue due to the weather.
Visitors are advised to arrive at the MFA 30 minutes prior to the program start time in order to pick up tickets and get to the program location. Remis Auditorium is convenient to both the Huntington and State Street Corporation Fenway entrances. Alfond Auditorium is reached most easily from the State Street Corporation Fenway Entrance. Visitors with disabilities may enter through either accessible entrance; each is equipped with ramps and power-assist doors.
