Adventures in Art for Teens on the Autism Spectrum

Class Description: Gorgeous Galleries

In this art class, we will explore world-renowned gallery walls in the museum. We'll study artistic techniques, and cultural context. Through close examination and analysis, we'll gain a deeper understanding of the masterpieces displayed in these galleries, immersing ourselves in the diverse and captivating world of art.

After our inspiring gallery visit, we will return to the classroom to unleash our creativity and design our own DIY gallery walls. Using various materials, we will curate our personal collections of artwork and arrange them in unique and visually striking displays. This hands-on experience will not only allow us to express our artistic voices but also teach us about the art of curation and exhibition design. Join us for an enriching exploration of art as we create our very own DIY gallery walls!
