Connect with the MFA to explore three artworks in the AP Art History curriculum: the ancient Egyptian statue of King Menkaura and queen (2490–2472 BCE), J. M. W. Turner’s Slave Ship (Slavers Throwing Overboard the Dead and Dying, Typhoon Coming On) (1840), and Paul Gauguin’s Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going? (1897–98). Facilitated live by Museum educators, this interactive webinar introduces students to these works in the context of the Museum while reinforcing key skills of visual and contextual analysis.

Follow the link to register for the program with the MFA’s partner ClickView Live. To ensure student privacy, teachers can register with their e-mail address and distribute the registration confirmation to students. A ClickView Live account is not required to register for these programs.

*Livestreamed programs utilize Zoom. Attendees are not visible, cannot be heard, and cannot share questions/comments publicly. Questions/comments can be shared with the MFA educator via chat. To access you will be required to download Zoom.
