Women in Renaissance Italy influenced their time much more than history has recognized. By looking at Italian art from the 14th to early 17th century, students explore the lives and experiences of Renaissance women, hear inspiring stories that have long gone untold, and learn new perspectives on female creativity, power, and agency.
