In-Person Event

The extraordinary cultural flourishing of the Netherlands during the “long 17th century” produced many designers and silversmiths whose work is receiving new attention today, including at the MFA. Explore a range of precious works in silver, from Jewish ritual objects to medals, with Simona Di Nepi, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Curator of Judaica; and Courtney Harris, assistant curator of European Decorative Arts and Sculpture. This evening offers the opportunity to examine treasures from storage.

This program is scheduled to be an in-person event, however details may be subject to change.
