Meet in Sharf Visitor Center
Get an up-close look at two remarkable paintings by Edgar Degas: the double portraits Edmondo and Thérèse Morbilli (about 1865) and Degas’s Father Listening to Lorenzo Pagans Playing the Guitar (about 1869–72). See the paintings like never before, while they are in the process of being cleaned, and learn more about the extraordinary artist who continually pushed the boundaries of his materials.

Free with general admission. No advance registration required. Due to space constraints, tours are limited to 12 participants (first come, first served), and tickets will be available for both sessions starting at 1:00 pm at Sharf Visitor Center. Tours meet at Sharf Visitor Center. Assistive listening devices available upon request.
