A Survey of Asian Art

This Looking Together spans a wide range of cultures and explores artworks from China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, and the Middle East. Dive into and discuss MFA Boston’s extensive collections of Asian art, and exciting projects like the conservation of works from the Japanese Buddhist Temple Room. Also get a closer look at the work of Katsushika Hokusai in anticipation of the upcoming exhibition “Hokusai: Inspiration and Influence,” opening March 26, 2023.
Sessions meet in Sharf Visitor Center and take place throughout the galleries.
