Years in the making, “Fashioned by Sargent” is the first exhibition to explore the critical role of dress in John Singer Sargent’s creative vision.

MFA members, here’s your chance to dive deeper into works featured in the exhibition with Erica Hirshler, Croll Senior Curator of American Paintings and a leading Sargent expert. This new series of member-only Spotlight Talks takes place throughout November, December, and January, with each event focusing on a different work of art. Learn the fascinating stories behind some of Sargent’s most iconic paintings and ask questions, then visit “Fashioned by Sargent,” where you can see them in a whole new context.

Each free ticket includes admission to “Fashioned by Sargent” for the timed-entry slot immediately following the Spotlight Talk.
