Join Curators Circles: Swan Society and Conservation and Collections to explore artistic treasures in Dublin! See the landmark exhibition “Lavinia Fontana: Trailblazer, Rule Breaker” at the National Gallery of Ireland and discover the results of a major research and conservation project on Fontana’s masterpiece, Queen of Sheba Visiting King Solomon, which has revealed much about the origins of the work and Fontana’s workshop practices. Our weekend in the Fair City takes advantage of Dublin’s rich heritage, including the Book of Kells at Trinity College Dublin, fabulous architecture, and more.
