The Lotus Society travels to New York City for a private tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s exhibition, “The African Origin of Civilization.” For the first time in the Met’s history, this exhibition presents masterpieces from its collections from west and central Africa alongside art from ancient Egypt. Lotus Society members also enjoy a private tour of the Brooklyn Museum’s ancient Egyptian collection.
