Design with Me: A Family Creative Journey

Join Boston-area designer Jimmy Guzman for an all-ages, hands-on design experience! In this interactive session, families explore modules inspired by the four seasons. Together, families work with Jimmy to process, style, and create installations that reflect our connection to nature, highlighting how we interact with the natural world, share tools and resources, and collaborate as a community.
Drop-In Art Making: Mini Garden Totes

Use a vibrant mix of provided art materials to design the garden of your dreams on a mini tote bag. Each bag comes with free native seeds to help you start a real-life pollinator garden at home!
LEGO Discovery Center Boston: Family Flower Power

Join LEGO Discovery Center Boston in celebrating the beauty of flowers, one brick at a time! Experience a Master Model Builder’s LEGO floral arrangement that reflects the beauty of nature in art. Families explore how art and engineering come together as they create LEGO flowers to add to our community flower cart. Best for ages 5 and up.

Take a break with 15 minutes of art and nature-inspired gentle movement. Surround yourself with images and sounds of nature while slowing down and focusing on relaxation and renewal through gentle yoga poses and mindfulness exercises to help connect the body and mind. Suitable for all bodies and fun for all ages. Chairs are available.
Story Hour
