Take a break with a 15-minute immersive experience exploring emotions in art, the animal world, and in our own body language. Join an MFA educator in practicing gentle yoga poses and dance connected to feelings and emotions so you’re refreshed and ready to continue your visit. Fun for all ages and abilities!

Join an MFA educator in the gallery for a closer look at Guanyin, Bodhisattva of Compassion. Make connections to compassion in our own lives through discussion, gentle yoga poses, and mindfulness exercises that help connect body and mind. This 30-minute activity is suitable for all bodies and fun for all ages. Benches are available.
