Appreciating light’s complexity is central to the work of Museum conservators. Curators Circles: Conservation and Collections members join Patron Sponsors for an exploration of light: what it is, what it can reveal, and how conservators use it to better understand and preserve the world of art. Light is considered from the point of view of the artist and the conservator. Co-organized by Curators Circles: Conservation and Collections and the Patron Program.

Speakers:

Alison Luxner, paper conservator
Louise Orsini, associate paintings conservator
Gerri Strickler, objects conservator
