The renovation of the ancient Greek and Roman galleries provides numerous opportunities to make use of Table of Voices, a new model created by Adam Tessier, Barbara and Theodore Alfond Director of Interpretation; and Makeeba McCreary, Patti and Jonathan Kraft Chief of Learning and Community Engagement, to integrate diverse voices into the curatorial process to shape interpretive approaches, outreach, and programs. This conversation about how the Greek and Roman galleries could truly become a place as much of Boston as it is for Boston began this September. In this event, Mary Bryce Comstock Curator of Greek and Roman Art Phoebe Segal brings together a group to discuss plans for amplifying the role of these galleries as spaces of civic engagement.
