Corporate Members of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, are leaders in art, community, and the civic landscape. Member companies enjoy exclusive access to the Museum’s collections, exhibitions, programs, and event spaces for employees, community partners, and clients. How do I use my company’s Corporate Membership benefits to visit the MFA?
Please contact the representative at your company who is responsible for the MFA partnership. They can provide you with a promo code to use when reserving general admission and timed-entry special exhibition tickets. Please note that select few companies use paper ticket vouchers—reach out to your company representative to learn more.
How do I use my company’s promo code to book admission tickets?
To reserve Museum tickets using your company’s corporate membership promo codes:
- Go to Tickets, choose your desired date, and select either a general admission or special exhibition ticket.
- On the next screen, enter your promo code in the top right corner. Then enter your adult ticket quantity in the price type. For general admission tickets, select “Corporate Pass” or “Corporate Pass Youth.” For tickets that include special exhibitions, select “MFA Pass” or “MFA Pass Youth.” Please note that each promo code use accounts for up to two adults and four children (ages 7–17).
- After selecting your ticket type, proceed to check out. Admission for youth 0–6 is free.
Does my company’s Corporate Membership include access to MFA programs and special events?
All MFA programs listed as “Included with Museum admission” are included with your company’s Corporate Membership, both in person and virtual. Additionally, the MFA Corporate Partners Program regularly hosts exclusive events and presentations for our partners to enjoy.
Who do I contact to hold a private catered event at the Museum?

Do you host office retreats or off-sites?
MFA meeting and event spaces are available to our Corporate Members as a benefit of membership. E-mail [email protected] for more information. Please note that the MFA needs at least six weeks’ notice to guarantee availability; on-site catering options are available.
How do I receive invitations to Corporate Partner events?
Our Corporate Relations team reaches out to your company representative to personally invite each organization to the events. Please contact your company’s Corporate Membership representative for more details.
What can I expect at a Corporate Partner event?
Corporate Partner events are designed exclusively for the MFA’s corporate audiences and seek to connect art and business through engaging dialogues that spark creative thinking. These events typically include an opportunity to network with peers and a behind-the-scenes look at a current exhibition. Corporate Partner events are perfect for B2B networking as well as professional development for your organization’s team.
What can I expect at an exhibition opening?
The MFA often celebrates special exhibitions with opening events for close Museum family. Opening events are an exceptional networking opportunity as attendees often include the Museum’s most generous supporters, community leaders, and the Museum’s Board of Trustees. These events typically include a reception with welcome remarks by MFA leadership and a behind-the-scenes look at the exhibition before it opens to the general public. A truly unique opportunity for your colleagues and clients!
