Preview the Exhibition

The introductory section of “#techstyle" features iconic works by four established designers—from left to right, Hussein Chalayan, Alexander McQueen, Issey Miyake, and Rei Kawakubo for Comme des Garçons—who have long been at the forefront of integrating technology with fashion.

The Performance section of the exhibition features clothing that interacts with the wearer in conceptual and practical ways—from dresses that move independent of the wearer through electronics, to leather capes that change with a spectrum of colors in response to light, heat, and wind.
