Should my application be accepted and I am offered a spot in one of the Studio Art Classes I have ranked on my application: 

I will be in attendance for the duration of the session.

I will be available for all Studio Art Class sessions.

I will show up to all Studio Art Classes on time.

I will provide my own transportation to and from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (located at 465 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115)

I will Sign and adhere to the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, given at the time of selection and to be signed the first day of classes with a member of the MFA Studio Art Staff, which states that:

• Student agrees to hold confidential information regarding his/her student status, which includes non-payment of the Studio Art Class in trust and confidence and agrees that it shall not be disclosed to any third party including any fellow students.
• Disclosure of confidential information to a third party including any fellow students will result in immediate dismissal from the Studio Art Class.

I will fill out Health and Emergency Contact Information through CampDoc, sent at the time of selection and to be completed prior to the first day of classes at the MFA.

I will adhere to the MFA Studio Art Class Policies, which can be found HERE I will fill out an anonymous Studio Art Class Program survey at the end of the class cycle I will notify the instructor of any absences prior to the start of the class.
