Join us at our March 3 MFA Late Nites, the next event in our series connecting visitors to art, culture, and community.
The MFA is open to the public for ticketed entry to the party from 8 pm to 2 am. The diverse event lineup features programming in partnership with local organizations, artists, and more—making the Shapiro Family Courtyard, and Linde Family Wing for Contemporary Art buzz with activity. Guests can visit exhibitions like “Takashi Murakami: Lineage of Eccentrics,” and “(un)expected families,” explore the galleries, and engage in art making. There’s something for everyone, from dancing and DJs to pop-up performances, intriguing bites, and much, much more.

March 3 MFA Late Nites Ticket Information
Advance tickets are sold out. Tickets will be available for purchase in person on a first-come, first-served basis at the Huntington Avenue Entrance starting March 3 at 8 pm. XPass holders who have not secured their free advance ticket(s) can also obtain them starting at 8 pm on March 3.

MSHR Virtual Reality
8 pm–2 am, Level 1, Riley Seminar Room
MSHR (art collective duo Birch Cooper and Brenna Murphy) mesh digital sculpture, analog circuitry, and ceremonial performance to construct cybernetic compositions using analog synthesizers of their own design. This macro-arrangement of sculptural instruments creates an immersive light-sound-scapes.
Space is limited; first come, first served.
Guests of all ages are welcome; visitors wishing to consume alcohol must be 21+. Valid ID with proof of age is required to purchase alcohol. Food and drink will be available for purchase; no outside food or beverage allowed.
All bags are subject to inspection by Museum staff. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. All other smaller bags are strongly discouraged, and may need to be checked upon entry.
The MFA has a strict no smoking policy; this includes vaporizers.
The MFA reserves the right to deny entry or to ask guests to leave at any time.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
