Mickey & Richard
Directed by Ryan A. White and A. P. Pickle (USA, 2026, 71 min.).
Mickey & Richard is an intimate portrait of gay model Mickey Squires, told in his own words. After a lifetime spent performing on camera, one of queer pornography’s most iconic figures shares his struggles to find personal acceptance and meaningful human connections through the world of adult entertainment.
Filmed on 16 mm film and constructed from decades of erotic archives, this documentary explores complications of life in the porn industry, the difficulties of measuring up to our curated selves, and the challenges of queer aging.
