Adapted from the autobiographical novel by Amélie Nothomb, and realized in a lush, expressive style by directors Maïlys Vallade and Liane-Cho Han Jin Kuang, Little Amélie or the Character of Rain is a visually rich, deeply felt exploration of the special connections we make in childhood—ideal for adult connoisseurs of animation or younger viewers ready to read subtitles.
