Directed by Jean-Baptiste Léonetti (France, 2026, 98 min.). French with English subtitles.

A free-spirited mother raising three children in a crumbling hotel, Rose meets every setback with infectious optimism, convinced that better days are always just around the corner. When she crosses paths with a guarded drifter named Jean, Rose pulls him into an audacious scheme, and the two form an unlikely partnership that begins to reshape their lives in unexpected ways.

Buoyant, touching, and frequently hilarious, Whatever It Takes is a warmhearted family comedy about resilience, improvisation, and the surprising bonds that emerge on the margins—anchored by vibrant performances from Sandrine Kiberlain and Pierre Lottin.
